I dont know about anyone else, but one of the things I really like about Neocron are the apartments. This led me to consult the old apartment guide created by Joe Utichi which is unfortunately no longer on line.
Joe had stopped working on his guide and as a result, in addition to it being incomplete, it had become outdated. This guide builds on Joes work, attempts to correct any inaccuracies and hopes to fill in the blanks. I'd like to take the opportunity to thank Joe for allowing me to use his work.
Please consider this guide very much a work-in-progress and yes I know my HTML sucks :-)
