Pepper Park

Patch 167/168 saw a return of organised crime to Pepper Park, interestingly the Black Dragon didn't regain as much control of the local real estate..

Sleazy Pepper Park Apartment

I always assumed that our apartments were all located above ground level (except Tech Haven of course). The Sleazy Pepper Park Apartment proves that this isn't always so. This apartment is located below street level (as you will see from its ceiling level 'windows') and the sounds of Pepper Park can always be heard (which can get a bit annoying after a while). It does have a nice grotty authentic feel though and is very small and dark.

Small Pepper Park Apartment

In this case small is quite big! After any of the starter apartments this will seem huge. Spanning two floors, the top floor of this 'penthouse' has a nice sky view, unfortunately the floor could do with a little attention. Like its Sleazy brother the sounds of Pepper Park can be heard (not nearly so badly though). The lower level is quite dark but the upper level well lit during the day. The doors close very quickly in this apartment.

Big Pepper Park Apartment

While its more compact than the 'small' apartment there is still alot of space and it still retains the dark brooding feel of Pepper Park.
