I was expecting this one to look the same as the previous two clan apartments shown above, however information provided by Alamais of Uranus tells us that the Diamond clan apartment looks like this.

I'm making a bit of a guess here but I suspect that either
faction clan apartments aren't linked to the same zone that
faction runners start in (as I originally suspected), or that they
got mixed up.
