This apartment makes the Plaza look postively homely :-). Its cold, cold and dark, but not dingy in the same way as the Pepper Park apartments. Illuminated by dim blue lights it somehow manages to make you feel at home. While there are no windows (due to being underground) there is a mirror for you to look at. I must say I love this apartment. Thanks to Agent L from the official forums for pointing out the change in number of cabinets.

Ok I used to own this in NC1. To be honest I was a bit disapointed but I don't really know why. It's probably because this apartment isn't any bigger than the standard one, but a second floor has been added (with your own grav lift). Other than that nothing special unfortunately :-(. Somehow this being added to the game got past me and I only noticed it while I was purchasing the other Tech Haven apartments. I'm not sure who Thomas Cooper is/was or if there are any other in game references to him but I suspect thats his picture you see when you enter.
